My journey as a violinist in the music program at Briercrest has been a valuable experience given that the program is designed to help shape, grow, and develop musicians. There is a significant amount of intentionality amongst the music professors in helping advance students’ instrumental technique and broadening their understanding of music history, theory, analysis, and conducting. By providing these tools it has built confidence within our abilities and prepared us to continue our musical journeys after graduation.
