Samantha Zacharias helped the first place Briercrest College to a sweep of the Lethbridge Kodiaks with two outstanding performances on the weekend! She earned an amazing 43 points in just seven sets of volleyball! On Friday night she was Player of the Game with 15 kills and 7 services aces for 22 points, and then had an even better points per game average on Saturday, with 21 points (15 kills and 6 service aces) in just three sets, to average 7 points per set! The fourth year outside hitter and BA Business student has been having an outstanding season as she leads the ACAC and CCAA in total points per game, averaging over 5 points a set! Sam is a key leader for the Briercrest team as the floor captain and also as she leads by example with great character, work ethic, and deep desire to grow as a person, in her faith, and as a volleyball player!
