Briercrest Athletics exhibition season commences this coming weekend with both the women’s volleyball and men’s hockey teams playing exhibition series outside of the friendly confines of Caronport.

The Briercrest women’s volleyball team will be playing four exhibition games in North Dakota this weekend, first heading to Valley City September 14 to take on Trinity Bible College and then the host Valley City University.  Briercrest will then be traveling to Williston September 15 where they will face Williston State College Alumni and then Williston State College to finish their weekend.

The Briercrest hockey team will be facing off against the University of Regina Friday, September 14 at 2:30 pm, at the Co-Operators Centre in Regina. This will be the first opportunity to see what the young Briercrest hockey team will look like, against a CIS opponent with players still vying to make the U of R roster.
