Biography

Marty has been blessed to serve the Lord as both a Bible teacher and Bible translator for more than 20 years. He has been married to his wife, Jo-Anna, since 1985, and they have three children. Marty serves as the editor of theBaylor Handbook on the Greek New Testamentseries and has written or co-authored three volumes for the series himself. He teaches and preaches regularly in churches throughout North America and continues to be involved in a variety of overseas ministries and in his local church. 

Research Interests

My research and writing tends to focus on Koine Greek (especially application of modern linguistic theories to Greek), Luke-Acts, Gospel of John, and the Book of Revelation.
