Prospective Students

How to Enrol

Where to Find Application Forms:

If you are just planning to take one or two courses, you can enrol by calling 1-800-667-5199. If you wish to enrol in an academic program (full or part-time), you can apply online directly from our website for any of our four schools. If you would like to receive a hard copy of the application forms for any one of our schools, click on the "Send Me Information" link at the side of this page or call 1-800-667-5199.

Enrolment/Application Procedures:

Your application will be reviewed once you have submitted all necessary forms as outlined in the application portfolio. You must also remit a C$50 ($75 for the counselling program) non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of processing your application. You may pay it by phoning or faxing in your credit card number or sending a cheque or money order in the mail. Please do not send cash by mail. Your transcripts from your most recent year of studies must also be forwarded to the enrolment office as soon as they are available. (Transfer students should forward all applicable transcripts to be considered for transfer credit).

If you choose not to apply online, you may fax applications to 1-800-667-2329 or mailed them to Admissions office, 510 College Drive, Caronport, SK, S0H 0S0.

Application Deadlines:

There is no formal application deadline for any of our schools. Instead, priority for housing (in student residence or family accommodations) is given to applicants based on the date they are accepted and have their confirmation deposit paid. Even though applications are processed up until the beginning of the school year, due to the benefits of applying early, it is recommended that students apply before the month of May for the fall semester.

Notification of Acceptance:

The Admissions office works hard to process applications quickly. Normal processing time for seminary applications is 48 working hours from the time the complete application is received. You will be informed by phone immediately after a decision is made (if we are able to reach you). An official letter of acceptance will follow by mail.

Confirmation of Enrolment:

Upon acceptance of the application, the student is asked to remit a $150 confirmation deposit to confirm her/his enrolment. This amount is credited to the student's account upon registration, but is not refundable if the student does not enrol. Students will not be considered for dorm placement or student family accommodation until their confirmation deposit is paid.

Admissions Requirements:
