Library
The fully automated and beautifully designed Archibald Library is the hub of research activity on campus. Expanded and renovated in 1998, the 25,000-square foot library provides a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for study. Our shelves are home to 71,000 books, 8,100 serial volumes, 326 serial subscriptions, and 400,000 microfiche titles. From the 27 computers in the research centre and elsewhere in the library, students can use a variety of online indexes and databases, including access to approximately 6,500 online journal and magazine titles as well as our online catalogue.
In addition to book borrowing, students have access to a full range of reference services including inter-library loans and research assistance. For our off-campus students, the online catalogue is available from anywhere in the world.
