How to Enrol

Admissions and application procedures:

We will review your application once you have submitted all necessary forms as outlined in the application portfolio. You must also pay a $50 ($150 for international applications) non-refundable application fee to cover the cost of processing your application. You may pay it by phoning or faxing in your credit card number or by sending a cheque or money order in the mail. Please do not send cash by mail.

Application deadlines:

If you would like to apply for the fall semester at Caronport High School, please complete applications forms A through E and submit your most recent high school transcripts. Please submit your application as early as possible. There is a late fee of $100 for applicants who submit their application after August 1.

Notification of acceptance:

The Admissions office works hard to process applications quickly.  Please note that applications that are received and completed prior to June 15 take up to two weeks to be reviewed by the CHS Admissions committee. Applications that are received after June 15 can take up to one month to be reviewed. We will contact you as soon as an acceptance decision has been made.

Confirmation of enrolment:

Upon acceptance of the application, the student is required to remit a confirmation deposit to confirm his/her enrollment at CHS. Confirmation deposit fee is $200 and is payable by credit card, cheque or money order. This amount is credited to the student's account upon registration, but is not refundable if the student does not enrol. We require that students submit this fee in order to secure a place in one of our residences. 

Admissions requirements:

  • Successful completion of previous academic level/grade.
  • Commitment to live by biblical standards and according to the rules and guidelines of CHS.
  • Goals and desires which match the purpose of the school.
  • Recommendations endorsing Christian character and a growing walk with God (forms included in the application portfolio).
