Program Applications
If you are applying for a program, please complete the Program Application below or call Admissions at 1-800-667-5199 for more information.We have placed an initial application online for your convenience. Once you complete it, you will be told how to finish the application procedure. If you need help, phone us at 1-800-667-5199 or go to the contact us page to send us an email.
There is a $50 non-refundable application fee for all applications. You can phone or fax in your credit card number, or send a cheque or money order. Please do not send cash.
