Briercrest men’s volleyball defeated the NAIT Ooks 3-1 (25-11, 27-29, 25-22, 25-18) Saturday night to maintain their second place in the ACAC and a six game win streak.

Player of the game for Briercrest was second year left side Steve Guenther with a game high 17 kills, complemented by three service aces, ten digs and one block.

Game Notes: Briercrest led the game in almost every facet, out hitting NAIT 45 to 30 in kills, 14 to 10 in service aces and winning the defensive battle 67 to 57 for digs, but losing and six to eight in stuff blocks.

Other Briercrest leaders for the game were Kyle Pankratz with a game high four service aces, Cody Reimer with a game high 16 digs, and Josh Wendel with two blocks.
