What's a modular course?
Briercrest Seminary's classes operates in a modular format. Classes meet from Monday to Friday, usually from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a lunch break. A portion of the course work is typically due at the beginning of the week, with the majority of it being due several weeks after the course's end date. During a student's course of study, the majority of their classes will be taken in modular coarses.

What if I don't have an undergraduate degree?
Students without an undersgraduate degree Students who are at least 35 years old and who are without an undergraduate degree or the equivelant will be accepted based on demonstration of academic capability and ministry experience. No more than 10 per cent of any year's acceptances can be accepted as mature students. All students without an accredited baccalaureate will be considered for acceptance to the Certificate of the Seminary. Successful certificate students can apply to move on to a degree program.

Finances

What is the full cost for one Seminary school year?
Because of the flexible nature of the course load here at Briercrest seminary it will be most helpful to break the costs down class by class for the typical student of the seminary.

For a student who is traveling to Caronport for a single modular coarse the break down goes like this:

Class - $933 ($311/credit hour)
