Applicants from the province of Quebec must complete a minimum of 12 courses (excluding physical education) of CEGEP to be eligible for admission in addition to their high school courses.
CEGEP students who would like to have courses considered for transfer credit must submit official transcripts and an institutional calendar that includes descriptions of the courses taken. Transfer credit will be considered up to a maximum of 30 credit hours for either two or three-year programs. No transfer credit will be considered for students who complete only one year of CEGEP or the minimum 12 courses required for admission.

Early admission is offered to qualified high school students before final grades are available. It provides students with peace of mind and allows individuals to begin making final plans with the surety that a spot is waiting for them in a post-secondary institution as long as they fulfill the regualr admissions requirements upon graduation from Grade 12.

International students requiring a study permit to attend Briercrest College and Seminary will be considered for admission only if they can meet the requirements of a financial guarantee for themselves and all dependents that will be accompanying them to Canada. This will be done by depositing sufficient funds to cover tuition, living expenses, and other school fees for the student and family for the first year of studies in the applicant's Briercrest College and Seminary student account. This information is required for the student permit application.
NOTE: These amounts will be held on deposit at the college until they are needed for their intended purpose. Payment should be made in Canadian funds and is payable only by wire transfer, certified cheque, MasterCard, or VISA.
IMPORTANT NOTE: A letter of acceptance for the purpose of obtaining a study permit cannot be released until the application portfolio is complete and reviewed and sufficient funds have been deposited into the applicant's student account.

Applicants to Briercrest Seminary who do not possess an undergraduate degree have two options for completing their application:
1. Students can complete the regular application process (just go here). If they have completed a minimum of 90 total credit hours from any amount of accredited post-secondary institutions (Credit hours from unnaccredited institutions will be reviewed on a case by case basis), they can be granted admission through Bachelor's equivalency. This track will allow students to apply to the program of the their choice.
2. Applicants who do not have an undergraduate degree or enough post-secondary credit hours for Bachelor's equivalency can go through the regular application process (just go here) and apply to the Certificate of the Seminary program.
If a student wishes to continue into a Master of Arts or Master of Divinity program offered by Briercrest Seminary after successful completion of Certificate of the Seminary with a 2.5 GPA. A student can apply to the program of their choice and be granted admissions as a Mature Student.
Please Note: No more than 10 per cent of the total number of students in a given program can be accepted as a mature student. In the event that the 10 per cent limit is met when an application is made the applicant will be informed and placed on a waiting list. As soon as a spot opens up in the program, the applicant will be notified and permitted to continue with their studies.

If you would like to apply for the fall semester at Caronport High School, please complete applications Forms A through E and submit your most recent high school transcripts. Please submit your application as early as possible. There is a late fee of $100 for applicants who submit their application after August 1.
The Admissions office works hard to process applications quickly. Please note that applications that are received and completed prior to June 15 take up to two weeks to be reviewed by the CHS Admissions committee. Applications that are received after June 15 can take up to one month to be reviewed. We will contact you as soon as an acceptance decision has been made.
Upon acceptance of the application, the student is required to remit a confirmation deposit to confirm his/her enrollment at CHS. Confirmation deposit fee is $200 and is payable by credit card, cheque or money order. This amount is credited to the student's account upon registration, but is not refundable if the student does not enrol. We require that students submit this fee in order to secure a place in one of our residences.
